Trulku with HH Trulshik Rinpoche

The reincarnation of Maratika Lama was born in May 28/ 2000 to the son of Tsering and Santa Sherpa at Reel Naga Sikkim,

The late Maratika Lama Ngawang Chophel Gyatso was passed away in 1996 at Maratika, during that time he was with his root teacher Kyabje Trulshik rinpoche, before he passed he told Kyabje rinpoche that he had a vision that he will reborn again in Sikkim and passed with many auspicious sign.
By the request of Lopon Karma Wangchuk Kyabje Trulshik rinpoche has written the swift return prayer for late Maratika Lama.

Trulku With HH Trulshik Rinpoche

In earlier 1998 Trulshik Rinpoche had a vision that Lama Ngawang Chophel Gyatso had reborn in SikkimK and gave the prediction letter to Lopon Karma Wangchuk, the son of late Maratika Lama, regarding the birth place, family name and the year of birth of the incarnate.

Enthronement of Trulku

Lopon Karma had found similar child in Sikkim and the child was taken to Kyabje Trulshik Rinpoche for confirmation ,when Kyabje Rinpoche saw the child he clearly recognized him as the reincarnation of his student Maratika Lama and given the name Trulku Tenzin Chogyal Rinpoche.

Trulku Tenzin Chogyal was enthroned at Maratika Chimey Takten Choling monastery and later he was again enthroned at Sherpa Monastery in Kathmandu by Kyabje Trulshik rinpoche.
